Cancellation Policy

  • Cancel within 4 hours of the scheduled class, and the ride will be refunded onto your account.

  • Cancel after the cancelation period and you will be charged $12 plus GST, or you will lose a ride if booking from a class card.

Bookings

  • Booking will be available via our website, or through the mind body.

  • Please ensure you have a membership or available rides in your account prior to booking.

Waitlist

  • If a class is full, you will be able to join the waitlist. In order to join the waitlist, you will be required to have a monthly membership or available rides on your account.

  • If added from the waitlist into the class, you will receive an auto message that will ask you to confirm your booking.
